SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for shopping with Esteemed Design Co., LLC! We appreciate your support and work hard to get your orders to you as quickly as possible.

Our shipping rate is a flat rate of $7.95 and orders over $99 ship for free. Shipping usually takes 2-5 business days via USPS after being processed, depending on how far from us you are located. Orders are shipped out of Stanberry, Missouri via USPS. 

Please double check your shipping address. Once we ship your order, you will be charged for us to ship it the second time if you entered the wrong address. Esteemed Design Co., LLC is not responsible for packages being delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Processing Times
Ready-to-ship items are typically processed and shipped within 1-4 business days.

Made-to-order and custom items require additional processing time. Please allow 7-14 business days for your order to be completed before shipping.

During holidays, sales, school spirit drops, or other high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
ESTEEMED DESIGN CO.,LLC IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES LOST OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT. IF YOUR PACKAGE IS LOST OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT YOU WILL NEED TO FILE A CLAIM WITH THE POST OFFICE.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier first for assistance.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier first as well as informing us if the items are damaged. Include photos of the packaging and damaged items so we can help determine the best next step.

LOCAL PICK UP

Local pick up is available at our store front in Stanberry, MO. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready to be picked up. Local picks ups will be at the following location and times:

Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 11:00am-5:00pm
Thursday: 11:00am-6:00pm
Saturday: 10:00am-1:00pm

These are our standard hours but subject to change. Please check our Facebook page for any updates on closings prior to picking up.
